ROOTS OF AN IDEA
Ours is a family story, born from a simple intuition: believing in our land. From the hills known for truffles to the high-altitude slopes cultivated with vines, the bond with the earth has always been the starting point.

In 2020 a new chapter begins: high altitude winemaking. With the same dedication once reserved for truffles, a project is born that blends international elegance and respect for local identity.
WHERE THE VINE DEFIES GRAVITY
Our vineyards grow between 650 and 1,000 meters, on steep slopes, sun-exposed and shaped by significant temperature shifts. In these extreme conditions, the grapes ripen slowly, absorbing the minerality of the soil and yielding fresh, deep, long-lived wines.
High-altitude farming is not an easy choice, but it’s the one that reflects who we are. Every branch tells a story of balance, effort, and respect for a land that asks a lot, but but gives back everything.
SHAPE AND VINE ACCORDING TO SIMONIT & SIRCH
The selection of grape varieties was the result of an in-depth pedological study, led by Professor Pierpaolo Sirch, who identified Pinot Nero and Chardonnay as the most suitable varieties for this territory.
Every vine was chosen with care and trained following the Simonit & Sirch method, focused on branch structure and respect for the wood. A slow pruning, guided by the rhythm of the vine, preserves the lymphatic system and ensures its longevity.
THE CHOICE THAT DEFINES US
“We didn’t choose the easiest path.
We chose the one that reflects who we are.”

BEYOND THE SURFACE
We chose to rely on design to express what words alone cannot say. For this project, we worked with Mario Di Paolo, one of the most prominent names in the international scene. His innovative approach turned the bottle into a sculpture, capable of conveying the identity of the winery through forms, materials and symbols.
ETCHED MEMORY
Every detail – from thethree-dimensional label to the glass embossing – blends elegance, storytelling and sense of belonging. The bronze figurine of Hercules, featured on the label, evokes the legend of the Monte Taburno caves: a tribute to the land: and its ancient strength.

HIGH-ALTITUDE EXPRESSIONS
PINOT NERO
The Pinot Noir bottle stands out for its embossing, which recalls the family crest, for the side inlay with the winery’s name and for the absence of flashy capsules, vistose, replaced by a golden window that reveals the natural cork. Every detail is designed to express sobriety, personality and precision.

CHARDONNAY
Thelabel is a tribute to the land:: in relief, the bronze figurine of Hercules – a symbol of Montesarchio – links the bottle to myth and to the surrounding landscape. landscape. The materials, tactile and refined, enhance the gesture of tasting through both visual and tactile coherence. A choice that reflects the identity of Chardonnay: essential, elegant, deeply rooted in its land.
